Fall in love with the Process not the Result
As a species, we are naturally goal-driven creatures always pushing for the goal to achieve, to invent or to prevent. Humans naturally look for the route with the least resistance, and we constantly look for familiarity and it’s perfectly natural. The human brain is programmed to keep us alive and that’s why we constantly look for comfort, our brain hates discomfort and fears the unknown. So in this blog, we will dive into how you can fall in love with the process of becoming the version of you that you want rather than just the Idea of achieving.
Why’s it Important to love the process:
When you first start to begin your self-improvement journey it can be incredibly hard to just get started and even harder to continuously do the tasks you set yourself. You started it for some goal but the truth is what you have to do to get it is hard and different to what you’re used to, whether it’s getting up earlier, or working out, you might have to stop doing some things, might lose friends. These are just some of the things that may take place as a result of you trying to improve yourself, sounds hard right? In the early stages of habit building it’s important that you keep your goal in mind and you learn to love the things you have to do, learn to love the early wake-ups, the sessions in the gym, the 8-hour work days, the late night training. If you learn to love this the tasks become less of a grind and more of a choice or a list of tasks to get done.
Loving The Process:

In conclusion, as humans, we are naturally inclined towards achieving goals and seeking comfort in familiar surroundings.
